Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Moon Magic packaging to ensure it remains protected and secure during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
